This Policy explains how MUVER (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2017/422285/07, of George, South Africa ("Muver", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit muverdelivery.co.za or contact us. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA").
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us by email, WhatsApp or any form on the Site (name, email address, phone number, message content).
- Project information you share with us during an engagement.
- Technical data automatically logged by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, device, pages visited, timestamps) for security and basic analytics.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
- To prepare quotes, invoices and project deliverables.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Lawful basis
We process personal information on one or more of the following bases: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the business, and compliance with the law.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers (operators) who help us run the business — for example hosting providers, email providers and accounting tools — and only as needed to perform the services. Those providers are required to protect the information and use it only on our instructions.
5. Cross-border processing
Some service providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this happens we use providers that offer protections comparable to POPIA or rely on contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, financial records for the statutory retention period).
7. Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of inaccurate or unnecessary information;
- object to processing in certain circumstances; and
- withdraw consent you have given.

8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access and misuse. No system is perfectly secure — please contact us immediately if you suspect a security issue.
